Lucky Sim Lost Card Replacement Replacing Physical SIM Card

If you lose your Lucky Sim phone physical SIM card, we provide a replacement service

Replacement requires
1. LuckySIM phone number required

2. Stored-value card number (large card) or Original SIM card

If you have lost your card, you need to submit a police report online: https://www.police.gov.hk/ppp_tc/contact_us.html?st=headingNineteen

The report must be submitted by the LuckySIM holder and mention the lost LuckySIM phone card and phone number.

3. Must provide a photo of the real-name registrant’s ID card

After completing the procedures, the original stored-value card balance and phone number will be transferred to the new stored-value card.

Someone will contact you to follow up on your payment. Please provide your correct phone number and email address when purchasing so that we can contact you. If you do not receive any notification, please contact our online hotline as soon as possible. The physical card will be mailed to the address provided by the guest.

After payment is confirmed, we will send the physical SIM card as soon as possible, starting from the card delivery

【1】Local surface mail/post office registered mail/SF Express to various districts in Hong Kong will be received in 2 working days at the fastest

【2】Airmail to overseas
The fastest time is about 7-14 working days You will receive it after 3 weeks. For some overseas countries, it may take 3 weeks or more.

The exact date of mail delivery in Hong Kong or overseas may vary due to holidays, natural disasters, flight availability, or other external uncertainties. The mailing time is subject to the arrangements of the post office.

Customers must provide the correct mailing address, recipient information and contact information. Regardless of the mailing method, customers need to bear the risk of loss. Once mailed, no full refund will be provided.
