Revised Return/Refund Policy (No Refunds or Returns for eSIM)
Our eSIMs are designed for seamless functionality; however, due to the nature of digital delivery and activation, no refunds or returns are permitted under any circumstances. Please carefully review the terms below before purchasing.
These cancellation and return rules apply to all purchases made through the online portal 1worldsim, without exception.
Upon purchasing your eSIM, a confirmation email containing the QR code will be sent to you. Once dispatched, the eSIM cannot be retrieved, deactivated, or transferred. As a result, all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be provided, including but not limited to the following scenarios:
- Device Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. No refunds or returns will be issued if your device does not support eSIM.
- eSIM Malfunction or Connectivity Issues: In the event of connectivity issues, our technical staff will work with the Telecom Operator to diagnose and attempt to resolve the problem. Your cooperation in providing mobile phone settings, if requested, is appreciated. However, no refunds or returns will be granted, even if the issue remains unresolved.
- Non-Activation or Expiry: Data plans must be activated before the expiry date. No refunds, returns, or changes are allowed for expired eSIMs.
- Single Device Usage: An eSIM can only be used on one device and cannot be transferred once installed. No refunds or returns will be provided if the eSIM is installed on an unintended device.
- Incorrect Email Address: If an incorrect email address is provided during purchase, we may attempt to resend the eSIM to a correct email address. However, no refunds or returns will be issued if the eSIM is used by the recipient of the incorrect email.
- Change of Heart or Unneeded eSIM: Refund or return requests due to a change of mind or no longer needing the eSIM will not be honored.
No Exceptions: Refunds and returns are not available under any circumstances, including those not explicitly listed on this page.
Dispute Resolution: If any dispute arises regarding this policy, MicroEsim reserves the right to make the final decision.
Returns: As eSIMs are delivered virtually via email, returns are not applicable.
Shipping Fees: We provide free shipping for all orders. As our products are delivered via email, there are no shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
