Payment Terms and Conditions

【D. $38 Unlimited Internet Plan】
Includes 15GB of data [42Mbps] + 2000 minutes of calls + 10 SMS messages per month.
After 15GB, the speed will be capped at 3.6Mbps.

【B. $48 Unlimited Internet Plan】
Monthly package includes 20GB data [100Mbps] + 2000 minutes of calls + 10 SMS messages.
After 20GB, the speed is limited to a maximum of 3.6Mbps.
Bonus 2GB of China and Macau roaming data

【C. $68 Unlimited Internet Plan】
Monthly package includes 30GB data [100Mbps] + 3000 minutes of calls + 20 SMS messages
After 30GB, the speed is limited to a maximum of 3.6Mbps.

The above three plans have a one-year monthly fee and require a minimum prepayment of six months' fees. A 10% discount is offered for paying 12 months' fees upfront, and a 20% discount is offered for paying 24 months' fees upfront.

The minimum contract period is one year, and a $40 opening fee will be charged.

For existing Lucky SIM monthly fee customers, renewal does not require filling out a form. After payment, please contact our customer service hotline directly to handle the monthly fee renewal. Only simple information is needed:

2. Plan B / C / D for taking office
3. Contract period: 12/24 months
4. Prepayment period: 6 / 12 / 24 months

【Shipping Instructions】

We will ship the physical SIM card as soon as possible after payment confirmation. The process begins with shipping the card.

[1] Local regular mail/registered mail/SF Express delivery to various districts in Hong Kong will arrive in as little as 2 business days.

[2] Airmail to overseas destinations will arrive in approximately 7-14 business days at the fastest.

The exact delivery date for mailed items from Hong Kong or overseas may vary due to factors such as holidays, natural disasters, availability of flight seats, or other external uncertainties. The delivery time may be earlier or longer than expected, and the post office's arrangements also apply.

Customers must provide a correct mailing address, recipient information, and contact details. Regardless of the mailing method, customers bear the risk of loss. Once mailed, there is no full refund.
