Lucky SIM has launched eSIM. LuckySIM customers who are currently using physical SIM card/eSIM, please fill in the following form to switch to eSIM after completing the payment. Thank you .
【 Application Information 】
- Customers must ensure that their mobile phone/device supports eSIM. Product models are not exhaustive. If in doubt, please inquire with the relevant device brand. (LuckySIM & Luck2 eSIM are not currently supported on all watches)
- Card transfer is only limited to Hong Kong numbers registered with LuckySIM, and does not include Lucky2 data cards/travel cards
- Convert physical SIM card to eSIM
- $30 per number plus $50 handling fee, total $80
- Convert old eSIM to new eSIM
- Applicable to customers who need to reinstall eSIM after transferring from old phone to new phone - $30 per number plus $20 handling fee, total $50
- If your phone does not have the eSIM function, you can purchase it separately/switch to a designated 3-year plan and receive a new physical eMaster SIM card that supports Android App and can write 10 eSIMs (original price $150). For details, please contact WhatsApp

- Customers must present: current Lucky SIM phone number, real-name registrant's ID document and ICCID, and verify all information
- You will receive an eSIM QR Code/activation code via email later for pre-activation, and the service will take effect within half an hour. The email must be correct because the system cannot be changed or resent, and each eSIM QR Code can only be installed once. If the old phone eSIM is transferred to a new phone, an additional card replacement fee will be required.
- After installing the new eSIM card, if you are overseas, you need to turn on the data roaming setting on your phone/mobile device (even if you have not purchased data roaming, it needs to be turned on, there is no extra charge), and select a local telecom operator to receive SMS. If you cannot activate it, please restart your phone.
- Once the eSIM is activated, the original physical SIM card/eSIM will become invalid immediately
