- Customers must ensure their mobile phone/device supports eSIM. Not all product models are listed here; please contact the relevant device brand if in doubt. (LuckySIM & Lucky2 eSIM do not currently support all watches.)

- Guests must present: their current Lucky SIM phone number, the registered user's identity document, and their ICCID. All information will be verified.
- You will receive an eSIM QR code/activation code via email shortly after activation. The service will take effect within half an hour. The email address must be correct, as the system cannot change or resend it. Each eSIM QR code can only be used once. If you transfer your eSIM from your old phone to your new phone, you will need to pay an additional card fee.
- After installing the new eSIM, if you are overseas, your mobile phone/device needs to have data roaming enabled (this is required even if you haven't purchased data roaming; there will be no extra charge), and you need to select your local telecom provider to receive SMS messages. If you cannot activate this feature, please restart your phone.
- Once eSIM is activated, the existing physical SIM card/eSIM will be immediately invalidated.

The process for subsequent conversions is the same as for first-time conversions. However, since Lucky SIM needs to verify that the applicant is a first-time SIM card user, the processing time will be 4-5 business days or more. If you need expedited processing, please convert your non-first-time physical SIM card to an eSIM.
