  1. LuckySIM charges an additional fee per eSIM card: $30 for validity of 180 days or more / $40 for validity of 120 days or less.
  2. Customers must ensure their mobile phone/device supports eSIM. Not all product models are listed here; please contact the relevant device brand if in doubt. (Lucky SIM and Lucky 2 do not currently support all watches.)
  3. Supported eSIM devices: After purchasing a Lucky SIM product, you will receive an eSIM QR code via email for installation and activation.
  4. For devices not supporting eSIM, Android phones only: Simply insert the new "eMaster SIM" card and switch between SIM cards anytime via the "Lucky eMaster" Android management app. This works even for Hong Kong phones, supporting up to 10 SIM cards.   5. For tablets such as the eSIM version of the iPad, these models cannot make calls or receive system SMS messages. If you are unable to complete real-name registration/check your data account , please contact Lucky SIM official customer service for assistance.

[Purchase Process]

  1. Customers must verify that all application information is correct. All services are non-refundable. Orders must be placed online at: https://1worldsim.com/collections/lucky-sim
  2. You will receive an eSIM QR code/activation code via email later, which will be used to install the eSIM on your phone/mobile device. Each eSIM QR code can only be used once. If you are transferring your old phone's eSIM to a new phone, only LuckySIM phones with a registered Hong Kong number can purchase a new eSIM as a replacement.
    (Lucky2 is for one-time eSIM installation only; there is no option to reissue or transfer the SIM card under any circumstances.)
  3. After installing eSIM, LuckySIM products will display the new Hong Kong number via SMS (you can also actively look up the phone number by pressing "*116#"). If you are overseas, your mobile phone/device needs to have data roaming enabled (this is required even if you haven't purchased data roaming; there will be no extra charge), and you must select a local telecom operator to receive SMS messages. If you cannot activate this feature, please restart your device.
  4. If the expiration date shown in the SMS is not in accordance with the original purchase plan, this is normal. Please complete the real-name registration as soon as possible, and the expiration date will be changed.
  5. If you have a Hong Kong SIM card, or use internet data in Hong Kong and Taiwan, you will also need to register with your real name to activate the service. Registration details will be provided via email.
  6. To comply with the latest arrangements by the Communications Authority, after registration, the prepaid phone card will not be usable immediately. Verification will be conducted manually, which may take several hours to a maximum of two business days. Once the information verification is complete, Lucky SIM will notify the customer via SMS.
